If you're experiencing issues, try the following steps:
FlirtScore Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Weekly plans include 5 analyses per week; yearly plans include 50 analyses per year. Unused included analyses do not roll over. You can buy optional +5 analysis packs when your allowance is used up (bonus credits never expire). For payments, refunds, or billing inquiries, visit Apple's official billing support:
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Q: My analysis isn't generating.
A: Check your internet connection and try again — reports are generated in the cloud.
Q: Subscription not activating?
A: Use the "Restore Purchases" button inside Settings.
Q: How do I import a WhatsApp chat?
A: In WhatsApp, open a chat → ⋯ → Export Chat → Without Media, then choose FlirtScore or import the .txt/.zip file in the app.
Q: Is my chat data private?
A: Yes. Chats are parsed on your device and only a condensed sample is sent to generate your report. See our Privacy Policy.
Q: How do I delete my data?
A: Delete saved reports in the app, or email us to request full deletion.
